When I say I don't like zombies, I mean the kind that you see in movies. They're pretty nasty and creepy. I wouldn't want nothing biting my skin and eating it! They scare me only when there's a splash of blood and when they're eating someone and it shows. So if that scares me I guess I wouldn't have made a good forensic after all, which was the career I had in mind years ago. Let's say I'm a little sensible to anything that shows violence. And despite that, guess what? I've seen all the zombies movies you can think of! I even watch that tv show called The Walking Dead. I don't like it and I still watch it. That's me.
But as to not be afraid of them, I start making a lot of logical questions such as where does that meat go and how they don't get full if, technically, their stomach is never empty and they can't poop? And I just come up with the strangest questions. Some of them might have answers, others not. But at least, asking questions make them less scary to me.
I've heard zombies exist, though. Not in the kind of Hollywood way we are used to. They're just lies, stuff that is made up. I'm talking about other type of zombies. Those that are turned to when the person ingest some kind of dusty substance and makes him/her "dead" for around two days and then with some other substances that is given to the person when he/she gets back to "life" they pretty much act like a zombie, just without wanting to eat people. They are just hopeless because they cannot function willingly, so they're are just slaves. I've never seen one so I don't know if they really exist.
But taking all this aside, I believe that they are real zombies in this society. I'm talking about the kind of people that are hungry for power and don't care if they have to harm or drag people in the process just like a movie zombie is always hungry and never gets enough of it and eats more and more human flesh. Unfortunately, that type of zombies exist and they scare me a lot more than the ones from the movies or the ones converted by substances. People like that, most of the times, do no good to the world. I am just grateful for the ones that somehow were brought up back to life and are not dead inside and rotting every day.
So, if you ever feel like you are turning into a "zombie", try to make your way back, don't let yourself die inside and be motivated to always do good no matter what. Even if you get a position of power, don't get greedy and turn your back to the ones that really need you. Instead, use this to advantage to help make this world a better place!
